Rise Above is designed to stand on its own. 1:1 coaching is an optional enhancement, not a requirement. Some people choose coaching because: * they value private reflection * they’re holding complex leadership roles * they want a confidential space to integrate the work more personally Others choose the group container only – both approaches are valid.
