ABOUT MICHELLE
Michelle is an organisational psychologist, guide, and author of Good Girl Deprogramming. Her work focuses on helping women understand the psychological, cultural, and systemic roots of self-doubt, people-pleasing, and invisible burnout, without pathologising or individualising what is often structural.
